Privacy notice

Information about inquiries submitted through the Sotero Law website.

BUSINESS PERSPECTIVE. LEGAL PURPOSE.

Information you provide

The consultation form requests your name, email address, optional telephone and organization, area of inquiry, and a brief description. Information you choose to send by email may also be received by the firm. Please provide only the information needed for an initial inquiry and avoid confidential or sensitive records.

How inquiry information is used

Inquiry information may be used to respond, assess the nature of a matter, check potential conflicts, maintain intake records, and determine an appropriate next step. Sending information does not establish an attorney-client relationship or confirm acceptance of a matter.

Website and service providers

The consultation form prepares a draft in your email application for you to review and send. It does not automatically transmit an inquiry. Website hosting and email providers may process technical information or message data as needed to provide their services. Please do not include confidential or sensitive records in an initial inquiry.

The website does not include advertising pixels or a third-party analytics integration. Any future tracking or additional services should be reflected in an updated notice before use.

Security and retention

No website or email transmission can be guaranteed secure. Do not submit account numbers, Social Security numbers, medical records, or other sensitive documents through the general inquiry form. A suitable document exchange process may be arranged when appropriate.

Information may be retained as needed for intake, administration, legal obligations, and the firm’s applicable recordkeeping practices. No specific deletion schedule is promised by this notice.
